I'm not selling your data or tracking you around the internet. Here's exactly what this site collects and why.
Who's behind this: This site is run by NATHN (Netherlands). For anything privacy-related, email bookings@nathntechno.com.
Newsletter signup. If you sign up for the newsletter, your email address is stored by EmailOctopus, the email service used to send updates. It's used only to send you music updates, free downloads, and show announcements — never sold or handed to anyone else. You can unsubscribe from any email, any time, and your address is removed. The signup form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to block spam bots, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Booking / contact form. The booking form on the Contact page doesn't send anything to a server or database. When you hit submit, it opens your own email app with the details filled in, addressed to bookings@nathntechno.com — the message only sends if you send it, from your own inbox. Nothing is stored by this website.
Embedded content. Pages on this site embed content from SoundCloud, Spotify, and YouTube. These are loaded from the respective platforms and are subject to their own privacy policies — they may set their own cookies or collect data when you interact with an embedded player.
Your rights. You can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent at any time — just email bookings@nathntechno.com. If you're in the EU/EEA, this falls under GDPR; you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes. If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page. Last updated 2026.
